Located at İstiklal Mah. Piyalepaşa Bulvarı BLV. No:24 İç Kapı No:5 Beyoğlu/İstanbul, Piyalepaşa Gayrimenkul Geliştirme Yatırımı ve Tic. A.Ş. ("PİYALEPAŞA") collects your personal data such as name, surname, phone number, and email address shared in this Contact Form in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") based on the legal reason specified in Article 5/1 of the Law, through verbal, written, or electronic means, using both automatic and non-automatic methods, for the purposes of:

  • Informing you about the Piyalepaşa Istanbul project,
  • Improving service quality and contacting you during real estate marketing and sales processes,
  • Carrying out all kinds of marketing, campaign, promotion, advertisement, and communication activities,

Your personal data mentioned above will be transferred to companies, affiliates, enterprises that operate under the Polat Group of Companies, as well as to business and project partners within the scope of the activities of our group companies due to any business relationship or partnership that has a common decision-making mechanism regarding data processing activities. The data will also be shared with housing projects and suppliers related to the controlling or minority shareholders or partners of these legal entities. The mentioned *companies are;

You can exercise your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law at any time, including:


  • Learning whether your personal data is processed,
  • Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data,
  • Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the Law,
  • Requesting notification of the correction or deletion of personal data to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you by means of automated processing of your personal data,
  • Requesting compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data,

You can submit your requests regarding your rights to PİYALEPAŞA.

To submit your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the Law, you can do so by one of the following methods:

Submitting a signed hard copy of your request in person or via notary to the address "İmrahor Cad. Polat Ofis No:23 B Blok K:4 Kağıthane / İstanbul", or using your KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously notified to PİYALEPAŞA and registered in PİYALEPAŞA's system by sending an email to infokvkk@piyalepasa.com.tr You can do this by using one of the methods.


PİYALEPAŞA will respond to written requests free of charge for up to ten pages; for each page exceeding ten pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged. If the response to the request is provided in a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee requested by PİYALEPAŞA cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium.

CONSENT STATEMENT AND IYS APPROVAL


In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, I have been informed about how my personal data will be processed by Piyalepaşa Gayrimenkul Geliştirme Yatırımı ve Tic. A.Ş. ("PİYALEPAŞA"), to whom the processed personal data will be transferred, the method of collecting personal data, its legal basis, and my other rights specified in Article 11 of the Law.


With the purpose and scope specified in the "Clarification Text on Personal Data Processed in Communication and Information Request Forms" that I have read and understood, limited to the methods and legal reasons, I consent to the processing of my personal data such as name, surname, email, and mobile phone by PİYALEPAŞA as a data controller in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other relevant legislation. I also consent to the transfer of my personal data by PİYALEPAŞA to third parties (direct and indirect shareholders, domestic and foreign affiliates and subsidiaries, PİYALEPAŞA employees, third parties providing support services or from whom services are received by PİYALEPAŞA, business partners, assistants, consulting firms, group companies, suppliers, private institutions and organizations, and public institutions and organizations) for the purpose of fulfilling PİYALEPAŞA's legal obligations and conducting studies so that customers can benefit from the products and services offered by PİYALEPAŞA in the best way. I also consent to receiving product and service promotions from PİYALEPAŞA and being informed about campaigns and promotions through various digital communication channels such as email and SMS, as well as via telephone calls. I declare that I give this consent freely without any coercion or influence, that I have read and understood the clarification text; I accept, declare, and undertake this.


Right of Withdrawal and Use


The consent you give for the personal data processing activities and the sending of e-communications will remain valid until you exercise your right to withdraw. The exercise of your right to withdraw only prevents the sending of commercial electronic messages based on your explicit consent and the processing of your personal data for this purpose, but does not affect the validity of any legal transactions between you and the Data Controller and Recipient groups, nor does it prevent the application of other relevant provisions in the ETK. Your withdrawal request, sent by SMS with the text "POLAT RET" to 7889, will take effect immediately upon receipt by our Company.
