Piyalepaşa, one of Istanbul's oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods, is at the focus of a tale of change in "Piyalepaşa Istanbul." Piyalepaşa was one of the most significant cities in the Ottoman Empire for a long time due to the Kaptan Deryas (the source of the city's name), the superb Ottoman architecture displayed in the mosque's tilework, and the city's strategic location for sea trade. Piyalepaşa, which started to change rapidly in the Republican Era and lost its original identity in the second half of the 20th century, has been waiting for years for someone to claim it as a neighborhood that has many riches in the center of the city, as in many big cities, but has also been forgotten.
Piyalepaşa Real Estate has also embraced the region by taking the power, vision and mission of the Polat brand behind it and demonstrated the power of the Polat signature for more than 65 years in the "Piyalepaşa Istanbul" project.
"Piyalepaşa Istanbul" is Turkey's largest urban transformation project realized by the private sector.
Designed as a brand new neighborhood consisting of residences, offices, hotels and Polat Piyalepaşa Çarşı, the project is located on an area of 82 thousand square meters and the architecture of the project belongs to İki Design Group. Bearing traces of Seljuk and Ottoman architecture, "Piyalepaşa Istanbul" aims to offer a new living space with its staggered facades, wide eaves, bay windows, pools and inner courtyard system without disturbing the silhouette of the city and the neighborhood.
Once Upon a Time in Piyalepaşa
Piyalepaşa Istanbul reveals the historical heritage of Piyalepaşa, which was founded by Captain-General Piyale Mehmed Pasha on the orders of Suleiman the Magnificent nearly 500 years ago, with the
“Piyalepaşa from Past to Present” exhibition and the “Piyalepaşa from Past to Present”
book, and gives a historical neighborhood the reputation it deserves. It is also pioneering a socio-economic and cultural transformation by providing education support scholarships to high school and university students in order to build the future of the neighborhood youth with confidence. Piyalepaşa is coming to life again in the hands of those who know and respect history.

Piyalepaşa Istanbul offers all the advantages of green architecture with the LEED certificate awarded by the US Green Building Council. It does not cause environmental destruction during construction and provides the highest efficiency during use. Operating and maintenance costs are reduced by saving energy and water, reducing waste, and increasing the comfort and efficiency of the residents. Effective insulation prevents both high utility bills and carbon dioxide emissions. In addition, water consumption is reduced by preferring plant species that consume less water in landscape design in open areas. A reasonable and sustainable neighborhood life awaits you in Piyalepaşa Istanbul Premium, which will be one of the first projects in the world and Turkey to be LEED certified on a neighborhood basis.
