INFORMATIVE ON PROCESSING AND RESERVING PERSONAL DATA OF CLIENT

Your personal data consisting of name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, address, age, profession, project information transfer service choice and property preferences shared via electronic means – company web sites, other web sites, marketing automations, social media, mobile applications; physical spaces – sales offices, organizations or events, client information/request forms are being collected in verbal or written forms, or through automatic or non-automatic procedures in electronic media to;

• Inform you on Piyalepasa Istanbul project,
• Communicate with you to improve the service quality, and during property marketing and sales processes,
• Carry on marketing, offers, promotions, advertising and communication works of any nature,

in accordance with the cause of action stated in Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”) No. 6698 cl. 5/1 by and as Piyalepaşa Gayrimenkul Geliştirme Yatırımı ve Tic. A.Ş. (“PIYALEPASA”), registered address Imrahor Cad. Polat Ofis No:23 B Blok K:4 Kagithane/Istanbul. Your abovementioned personal data will be shared with the shareholders of PIYALEPASA, subsidiaries that the shareholders have the majority shares and/or have the right to govern, collaborating institutions, and state institutions and organisations authorised by related regulations in accordance with the Law cl. 8/1 and limited only to above-listed purposes.

You can contact and apply PIYALEPASA at any time regarding your rights to;

• Learn whether the personal data were being processed or not,
• Request related information if your personal data were processed,
• Learn the reason of processing personal data and if the data were used accordingly,
• Learn about the domestic or international third parties who have access to the personal data,
• Request of correction if the personal data were processed wrong or missing,
• Request of deletion or disposal of personal data within the frame of projected conditions stated in Art. 7 of the Law,
• Request of notice of the related correction, deletion or disposal processes related to the wrong or missing process of personal data to the third parties,
• Protest an unfavorable result acquired from processed data by means of analysis through exclusively automatic systems,
• Request compensation if damage or loss occurred as a result of illegal processing of data.

Please make your applications regarding your rights and law enforcements via;

1. Delivering a signed letter enunciating your request by hand or by notarizing it to the address “Imrahor Cad. Polat Ofis No:23 B Blok K:4 Kagithane/Istanbul”
2. Delivering an e-mail to infokvkk@piyalepasa.com.tr using your KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address declared by you to and reserved in PIYALEPASA database.

PIYALEPASA, if required, shall respond the applications within this scope in written form free of charge for the first ten pages and shall charge TRY 1 transaction fee for every page added on top of it. If the response is delivered in a record medium such as CD or flash disk, the transaction fee to be requested by PIYALEPASA shall not outweigh the cost of record medium.
